Ty has been training for 10+ years in both personal training and group training. His training style stems from being a collegiate athlete and having a passion for functional fitness, while also working in the field of physical therapy throughout his time in college.

He received his degree in Kinesiology at Tarleton State University and obtained his Personal Training Certification (ISSA), Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification (ISSA), and Sports Nutritionist Certification (ISSA).

As one of the leading personal trainers in Richardson TX, Ty is passionate about helping individuals transform their health—not just for a season, but for a lifetime. He believes in building strength, endurance, and confidence through a combination of functional training, corrective exercise, and sports nutrition.

Aaron Heers, a dedicated co-owner of Train 4 Tomorrow Gym, brings over 10 years of experience to the fitness industry. Formerly a strength and conditioning coach, Aaron has worked with schools, athletes, and individuals looking to improve their strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

A graduate of Tarleton State University, Aaron holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a master's in Fitness Management. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) recognized by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), he brings cutting-edge training techniques to group training and personal coaching.

Now, as one of the leading personal trainers in Richardson TX, his mission is to help people unlock their full potential through expert coaching and functional training. His Sports Nutritionist Certification (ISSA) reflects his holistic approach, combining strength training, functional fitness, and expert nutrition coaching.
