At Train 4 Tomorrow, our Kids Speed and Strength in Richardson TX training is built to help young athletes gain confidence, perform better in sports, and thrive off the field... But our mission goes beyond the field—through structured training, we instill character, discipline, and resilience, shaping confident leaders who thrive in sports and in everyday life. Summer Registration

Program Details:

📅 August 12, 2025 - May 26, 2026

🕰️ Days: Every Tuesday

(You can sign up at anytime!)

 

🗓️ Program Schedule:

Incoming 4th–8th Grade: 4:45–5:45 PM

Our Goals:

1️⃣ Increase Athleticism

  • Proven strength, speed, and agility training tailored to each age group.

  • Proper movement mechanics and injury prevention for long-term success.

 

2️⃣ Teach How to Be a Great Teammate

  • Through team-based drills and challenges, we teach communication, collaboration, and accountability.

 

3️⃣ Instill Character for Life

  • Every session includes 1-3 minutes dedicated to our “Real Talk” (faith, confidence, discipline, leadership, gratitude, responsibility, courage, grit, consistency).

  • Lessons on discipline, perseverance, and respect that benefit them in school, relationships, and beyond.

Summer FAQ

  • When will my payment be processed?

Your payment will not be processed until June 2nd​.

  • What if my child is out of town?

We understand that kids are in and out for the summer time, that is not a problem at all​! Have them attend as many sessions as possible for the best results.

  • If my child misses a session does the credit roll over?

For our summer time program credits do not roll over to the next block.​

  • Can adults workout while the kids are working out?

Yes, we highly encourage adults to workout in one of our classes while their child is working out​! There is not a greater person to look up to than a parent putting in work also!

  • ​Can my child bring a friend?

Absolutely, they will just need to have the waiver filled out and pay the drop in price of $35​.

  • Can the summer sessions I bought be applied to the fall or spring sessions?​

The summer is a product of it's own, so no the summer sessions can not be applied to Fall & Spring Kid's Program.

Not at all! Scientific studies confirm that properly designed strength training programs have no negative impact on growth. In fact, they can enhance bone development and overall physical health.

4. How often should my child attend sessions?
We recommend 2-3 sessions per week for optimal results, depending on your child’s schedule and fitness goals. This frequency aligns with guidelines from pediatric exercise experts. See the American Academy of Pediatricsrecommendations.

5. What does a typical session include?
Sessions are fun and engaging! They combine warm-ups, strength exercises, speed work, agility drills, and cool-down stretches, all designed to build confidence and skills.

6. Does my child need to be an athlete to join?
Not at all! Our program is open to kids of all fitness levels, whether they’re beginners or already involved in sports.

7. What should my child bring to the sessions?
Just athletic wear, sneakers, and a water bottle! We provide all other necessary equipment.

8. Can parents watch the training sessions?
Yes, parents are welcome to observe. We believe in creating a welcoming environment for the whole family. We have also found that some kids thrive when parents are not present as they are not looking to them to see whether they are doing right or wrong. It is all up to how your kid reaches success!

9. How do I track my child’s progress?
We provide periodic updates and progress reports so you can see how your child is developing strength, confidence, and skills over time.

10. How do I enroll my child?
You can sign up easily through our website’s registration form or by contacting us directly. Don’t wait—spots fill up fast!​​
