"I found T4T in March 2023. I was continually injuring myself when trying to strength train on my own. I really wanted a group atmosphere and a place to belong. One Google search and a one text inquiry immediately returned showed the heart and passion T4T had for their people. We come here for our future selves, for our families, for sweaty fellowship, and to push ourselves beyond our self imposed limits. "My workouts used to consist of running and light weights on my own. I was intimidated by the gym and didn't think it was the place for me. Train 4Tomorrow changed the way I train and my mindset surrounding what it means to be fit. Hands down one of the most pivotal decisions I've made is committing to workout at T4T. Ty and Aaron have given me the knowledge to increase my strength, adjusted training through injuries, and push me to new heights. I love the 6am crew. Why Train 4 Tomorrow (T4T) for me? The T4T experience is more than just going to the gym at 5am. I know the programs are well thought out with a plan and purpose to help me grow stronger over time. Ty & Aaron push me to do things I would not otherwise push myself to do if I were just going to a"regular" gym. The 5am T4T folks I workout with are family and they hold me accountable and expect to see me. The relationships and accountability keep me coming back for more! T4T is for every season of life! "My fitness journey lacked consistency and productivity for a long time. I would have seasons of commitment that would get derailed by work, injury, or schedule. Lacking accountability, I would fail to get back on the horse. Train 4 Tomorrow has restored consistency, created accountability and introduced an excitement and enthusiasm for my physical and mental well being. The Trainers have a program that effectively develops functional strength and endurance. The demands of a young family are great and I have absolutely gained the energy and stamina to be more engaged and present each day. "I am not a gym guy in fact I hated the idea of "going to the gym" but this place is special. After undergoing Achilles surgery, I was apprehensive about getting back into a fitness routine. However, the trainers at my Train 4 Tomorrow were nothing short of phenomenal. Their expertise and understanding of my physical and mental state provided me with not only the physical support I needed but also the confidence to push through. Their personalized attention and encouragement were pivotal in my fitness journey, helping me regain and improve my strength and mobility much quicker than I anticipated. I've played competitive tennis my entire life and now at 37 and with a reconstructed ruptured achilles I am moving and playing with physical confidence like I was 24 again. I am deeply grateful for their dedication and the positive impact they have had on me physically and mentally." - Bill

"I came to T4T after having a two year break from working out due to a back injury. When I started I was doubtful I would go a month without a flare up and was really frustrated thinking I would never get back into a workout routine (and at the time didn't realize that I was battling depression due to not having a stress outlet). Aaron and Ty have been fantastic. They have been super patient in teaching me good form, provide solid workouts, and make the entire experience so much fun. The ability to work out again has been a game changer-mentally and physically. I'm grateful for T4T and working out with all of the great 5am-ers is easily a highlight of my year." - John

"We had not consistently worked out in over 10 years when we found Train 4 Tomorrow. I had injured my back during my pregnancies and was trying Pilates as a way to get back in shape. I continued to hurt and didn't have the community or individualized training that I needed. Some of our best friends encouraged us to try Ty and we haven't looked back. It truly feels like a family and you'll find us at the gym most days of the week. Our 9 year old daughter now attends class with Coach Aaron and Coach Ty and our son can't wait until he's old enough. "We were invited to Train 4 Tomorrow by some friends and I'm so thankful. We have mostly done cardio as our workouts in the past so strength training was new to us and we have come to love it. "I visited T4T on a random Thursday morning in June. My fitness routine had been pushed to the way side during an abnormally chaotic spring. My new goal was to find a gym I felt would encourage me in my pursuit of self discipline and health, but have fun doing it. And that's exactly what I found! These trainers do a great job creating a community that is welcoming, encouraging, and hard working. No matter what class time you are able to attend there will always be someone, whether trainer or another member, who will great you with a smile on their face. T4T has made it easy to build a fitness routine by taking any guesswork out of planning, thanks to such knowledgeable trainers. This has truly become one of my highlights of moving to Dallas!" - Jenny

"I first joined Train 4 Tomorrow over the summer when my roommate (shoutout to Emily!) invited me to come along for the 6 am workout. I initially planned to visit only once because strength training wasn't really my thing. However, from that first session, the trainers met me where I was at with their extensive knowledge and steady encouragement. I decided to keep coming back because of their incredible leadership and the welcoming community. This is a gym environment where you can expect to find remarkable people who laugh with you, challenge you, and cheer you on to your goals. "As newlyweds, we sat down and made a list of our priorities, and one of our top goals was to establish a fitness routine. At Train 4 Tomorrow, we found a class that not only fits both our schedules but also allows us to work out together despite our different fitness levels. Since I met Alex, he has encouraged me to exercise. However, my "workouts" were mostly occasional runs, as I felt too intimidated to go to the gym due to my lack of knowledge. Train 4 Tomorrow has given me the confidence I needed to exercise properly and feel comfortable in the gym. Train for Tomorrow with its philosophy of Faith, Family, Fitness Forever is the perfect place for us! My husband and I work out with 2 of our sons at the gym. Fitness has been a part of our lifestyle since we began dating 45 years ago! Seeing our family also embrace the value of exercise and nutrition is very gratifying (and a whole lot of fun!). My 90 year old Dad was also a part of the work out experience for a season so we had 3 generations coming to the gym. They also trains our grandchildren on strength and agility drills for their various sports. For us, Working out is "A family affair!" - Cindy & Randy

"My journey started Aug 2008 attend my 1st Bootcamp. Before that I was just walking. I knew I needed more. I attend that bootcamp till 2020. So then I tried doing my own thing. My friend Vicki told me about Train 4 Tomorrow. It sounded like the perfect place for me, close to home and the perfect time before work 5am. Train 4 Tomorrow has been great for me. Great people to workout with. If you miss they are asking where were you. The coaches Ty and Aaron are great. I like the variety of workouts. They push and challenge you. They really watch that you do the exercises the correct way so you don't hurt yourself. In May Ty and Aaron challenge me to participate in the Deka challenge. I will say it was a challenge, but a great accomplishment. I'm 59 yrs old and I want to live a long and healthy live. I value my health. Because if you don't use it you lose it." -Penny

"I was in my 50's when I finally realized that as we age, we have to keep moving. Once I did, and I found my family at T4T, I haven't looked back. Ty and Aaron are the best trainers. They care so much about us, and it translates into our workouts. They are quick to help with modifications if needed, and they genuinely care about each and every one of us.
