Our energetic group fitness classes offer a fun and motivating environment to work out with others. Whether you're just getting started or you're an experienced athlete, our group classes cater to all fitness levels.
Led by experienced trainers Ty and Aaron, these classes help you stay accountable while pushing you to new limits. Our group training in Richardson TX is the perfect way to build strength, community, and lasting results in a supportive atmosphere.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Build muscle and increase strength with expert guidance. Our structured programs combine compound movements, progressive overload, and functional training to help you get stronger every session.
ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME
HIIT & METABOLIC CONDITIONING
Burn fat and boost endurance with high-intensity interval training. These challenging workouts combine cardio and strength for maximum calorie burn and improved cardiovascular fitness.
HIGH-ENERGY WORKOUTS
BOOTCAMP
A full-body workout designed to challenge you and build lasting strength. Bootcamp classes combine strength training, cardio, and functional movements for a complete fitness experience.
FULL-BODY CHALLENGE
FAMILY FITNESS PROGRAMS
A gym the whole family can enjoy! Adults train in morning and evening strength classes while kids ages 4th-8th grade have their own dedicated Youth Training sessions. Childcare available Monday-Friday for younger children during adult classes.

- •5:00 AM - Strength Class (Not available Tuesdays)
- •6:00 AM - Strength Class

- •9:30 AM - Mom's Day Out (Monday-Friday)
EVENING CLASSES
- •4:45 PM - Youth Training (Tuesdays)
- •5:45 PM - Strength Class (Monday & Wednesday only)

Ty brings 10+ years of experience in personal and group training. His energetic coaching style and passion for functional fitness create a motivating, results-driven environment in every class. As a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, Ty ensures every workout is safe, effective, and fun.
AARON HEERS
OWNER, TRAINER, PERFORMANCE COACH
Aaron has 10+ years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach. With a Master's in Fitness Management and CSCS certification, he brings cutting-edge training techniques to every group class. His systematic programming and motivational coaching help members reach new heights in their fitness journey.
