TY BRANCH
OWNER, TRAINER, PERFORMANCE COACH
With a degree in Kinesiology and certifications in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, and Sports Nutrition, Ty creates engaging programs that make fitness fun for kids of all ages.
AARON HEERS
OWNER, TRAINER, PERFORMANCE COACH
Aaron holds a Master's in Fitness Management and is CSCS certified. His background in youth sports training ensures age-appropriate, safe, and effective workouts for every child.
